Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Virginia LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include assisting customers with questions, processing transactions at the register, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

You will work part-time, help with unloading trucks, and support inventory, promotions, and daily store operations while delivering friendly service and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock merchandise throughout the store.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; support stock replenishment.
