Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Virginia LLC in Fredericksburg is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include assisting customers with questions, handling sales transactions at the cash register, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

You will stock merchandise, unload trucks, and help with replenishment per productivity standards while upholding professional and friendly interactions with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
