Job summary

Marshalls in Cheektowaga, NY seeks individuals to deliver a high-quality customer experience across store operations. You’ll engage customers, follow procedures, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor while supporting multiple store areas as needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in transactions, promotion of loyalty programs, and adherence to safety and store policies. Prior retail experience is a plus, with opportunities to learn and grow within TJX.

Qualifications

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and teammates.
• Promote a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Assist with store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Provide and accept feedback; follow labor policies and loss prevention standards.
• Support shrink reduction programs and safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.
