Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and housekeeping activities.
• Assist in shrink reduction programs and safety awareness.
