Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Schertz, TX is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers, process sales, stock merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You will greet customers, answer questions, and assist with product recommendations.

In this role you will manage transactions at the register, protect cash and company assets, and support unloading and stocking duties as well as store upkeep. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness storewide including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
