Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and orderly.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, safe store practices, and maintaining cleanliness across the store while supporting associates and leaders. This position is part-time and based in New Braunfels, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep the store clean, restrooms stocked, and areas neat and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.
