Family Dollar Stores Of Pennsylvania LLC in Mount Oliver, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and maintain a safe, clean store environment.

This role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time schedule with opportunities to contribute to merchandising, stock replenishment, and positive interactions with customers and team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
