Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Lancaster, OH to provide a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, maintain store cleanliness, stock merchandise, and support unloading deliveries as needed.

We value strong communication, reliability, and teamwork. Previous retail or service experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is welcomed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or service industry preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and co-workers
