Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented individual to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience in a fast-paced store environment in Houston, TX.

You will engage with customers, maintain a clean sales floor, and support loss prevention and merchandising standards. Ideal candidates possess excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while adapting to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following standards.
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness.
• Supports safety and loss-prevention initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
