Family Dollar in Hawthorne, FL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will help customers, process transactions at the register, and keep the store clean and organized.

You will stock merchandise, unload trucks, and assist with replenishment while following safety procedures. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
