Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help stock/pull merchandise.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and performing frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash handling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
