Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

You will assist customers, process sales at the cash register, stock shelves, receive merchandise, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment on a day-to-day basis. This is a part-time position at our Harahan location, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and stock replenishment per standards.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
