Job summary

Marshalls in Gorham, NH seeks a customer-focused associate to deliver a top-notch shopping experience. You will help customers, process sales, maintain store appearance, and support merchandising and loss-prevention efforts.

The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to lift merchandise. Prior retail experience is helpful; starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness on the sales floor.
• Support credit and loyalty programs and collaborate with team members.
• Adhere to labor laws and company procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
