Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service industry experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret procedures.
• Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and frequent mobility throughout shifts.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect assets.
• Stock shelves, unload trucks, and replenish stock as needed.
• Keep store clean, safe, and presentable including restrooms.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Participate in other duties as assigned.
