Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Iowa LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support daily store operations and deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, unload trucks, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and compliance with safety standards. This is a part-time position with opportunities to grow within our retail network in Columbus Junction, IA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior retail or service experience is highly preferred.
• Able to lift 30-50 lbs and perform stocking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neatness.
• Other duties as assigned.
