Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Camden, Arkansas store. You will assist customers with questions, handle transactions, and help keep the store well-stocked and clean.

The role emphasizes friendly, safe interactions and efficient, accurate service. Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting leadership with daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs from floor to shoulder height and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
