Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales at the register, and maintain cash security.

You’ll help stock replenishment, check merchandise in, and keep the store clean, organized, and inviting for shoppers and teammates. Prior retail/customer service is preferred; high school diploma preferred; growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and maintain cash security.
• Keep the store stockened, recover merchandise, and unload shipments.
