Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store stocked and neat.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and a commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting. This is a part-time, on-site position in Chino Valley, AZ.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing courteous customer service in a retail or service setting.
• Ability to operate and handle POS cash register transactions accurately.
• Capacity to follow store procedures and operational documents.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of duties.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated teamwork and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks; replenish stock.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
