Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Grand Junction, Colorado to deliver a great shopping experience. The role includes assisting customers, processing transactions at the register, stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

The position requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Part-time schedule available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms, floors, and trash disposal.
• Other duties as assigned.
