Dollar Tree Stores INC in New Brighton is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help with stock replenishment.

This role requires reliable customer service, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will keep the store clean and safe, while supporting team members and managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
