Job summary

Michaels Wilmington-Concord store is hiring a team member to uphold a high standard of cleanliness and a welcoming shopping experience. You will assist customers, recover shelves, and participate in stocking, checkout, and Omni-channel processes as needed.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings; must be 16 years or older and able to stand for long periods while moving around the store. Benefits include health, time off, discounts, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cleaning preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to deliver brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers locate items.
• Assist with stocking, shopping carts, and planogram processes.
• Handle trash disposal and cleaning tasks using approved procedures.
• Participate in Omni-channel processes including BOPIS and Ship from Store as needed.
