Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager in Montgomery, AL to provide customers access to high-quality goods that improve their lives. You will handle credit and collections, deliver exceptional customer service, and assist with deliveries, pickups, and store merchandising.

In this role you will engage in daily account collections, ensure friendly service in-store and in customers' homes, and contribute to a welcoming, well-maintained retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid state driver's license.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and compliantly outside of the store.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
