Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is offering a Retail Creative Graphic Design Intern role for Spring 2027 in Kissimmee/Orlando, Florida. You will collaborate with a creative team to design and implement in-store graphics across hundreds of Disney destinations, supporting immersive brand storytelling.

You will help shape storewide experiences, build environmental graphics, and coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality outputs. A portfolio is required for full consideration.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university, pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application.
• Currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Be at least 18 years of age and possess unrestricted work authorization

Responsibilities

• Design and implement impactful graphic packages across Disney destinations for hundreds of retail locations.
• Assist in producing storewide graphic packages and environmental graphics.
• Coordinate fabrication of 2D or layered graphics with vendors to meet specs and quality standards.
• Prepare mechanical files, printing, and fabrication of designs for Retail Creative initiatives.
• Support production and installation of Retail Creative park initiatives
