Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, FL invites you to join our Retail Creative Graphic Design Internship, a six-month program dedicated to immersive, brand-aligned graphics across Disney destinations and 300+ retail locations.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team to design and implement graphic packages, build environmental graphics, and ensure quality through coordination with vendors and internal partners, all while learning brand standards and production workflows.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university, pursuing a degree, taking at least one class, or participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
• Be at least 18 years old and have unrestricted work authorization in the U.S.
• Portfolio link required on résumé for full consideration.

Responsibilities

• Support design, production, and implementation of storewide graphic packages for 300+ locations.
• Create environmental graphics aligned with new film/product strategies and brand standards.
• Assist with site-specific and global graphic packages implementation.
• Coordinate fabrication of 2D or layered graphics with vendors to meet deadlines and quality.
• Assist with updates to the Global Retail Sign Program as needed.
• Prepare mechanical files, printing, and fabrication of designs.
• Coordinate production and installation of Retail Creative park initiatives.

As a Retail Creative Graphic Design Intern, you'll collaborate with a dynamic, creative team to design and implement impactful graphic packages across iconic Disney destinations, supporting hundreds of retail locations. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Orlando, FL, from January 2027 to June 2027.

What You Will Do

You will help shape immersive, storewide graphic experiences across Disney destinations—from Walt Disney World and Disneyland to Disney Cruise Line and more—supporting over 300 retail locations where craftsmanship, collaboration, and creativity meet.

• Support the Retail Creative Team in the design, production, and implementation of storewide graphic packages to support over 300 retail locations as part of Disney Experiences
• Build environmental graphics to support new film and product strategies while adhering to established brand standards
• Support the team in implementing site-specific and global graphic packages
• Coordinate fabrication of 2D or layered graphics with vendors on time while adhering to specifications and maintaining a high standard of quality
• Support the Global Retail Sign Program with updates as needed
• Responsible for preparing mechanical files, printing, and fabrication of designs
• Coordinate and support the production and installation of Retail Creative park initiatives

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university, pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application, or currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College Program
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

• The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 through June 2027
• Fully available Monday - Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
• Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, Florida area
• Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
• Be aligned with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
• We provide limited housing opportunities for Florida-based Disney Interns through American Campus Communities.
