Job summary

Disney Global Product Dev & Creative in Orlando is seeking a motivated Graphic Design Intern to assist the Retail Creative team with storewide graphics and environmental graphics for Disney experiences. You will work hands-on in a production environment, supporting over 300 locations and collaborating across teams.

The role emphasizes typography, layout, and color theory, with proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college/university and taking at least one class at application time.
• Be at least 18 years old with unrestricted work authorization.
• Portfolio link required on résumé for full consideration.
• Availability January 2027 through June 2027; 40 hours per week.
• Orlando, FL area housing availability may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement storewide graphic packages for Disney experiences across 300+ locations.
• Build environmental graphics aligning with new film/product strategies while following brand standards.
• Coordinate fabrication of 2D or layered graphics with vendors to meet deadlines and quality.
• Prepare mechanical files, printing and fabrication of designs.
• Support production and installation of Retail Creative park initiatives and updates to the Global Retail Sign Program.
