Job summary

Disney Consumer Products is seeking a Retail Creative Graphic Design Intern in Orlando, FL for January–June 2027. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team to design and implement storewide graphic packages across Disney destinations, supporting 300+ locations.

You will gain hands-on experience in production, typography, layout, and brand storytelling, using Illustrator and Photoshop. This full-time six-month program includes housing opportunities and benefits as eligible.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university with at least one class at the time of application.
• Not completed one year of continual Disney Internship or Disney College Program.
• Be at least 18 years of age and have unrestricted work authorization.
• Portfolio required on résumé for full consideration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement storewide graphic packages for 300+ retail locations as part of Disney Experiences.
• Build environmental graphics aligned with film/product strategies while following brand standards.
• Coordinate fabrication of 2D or layered graphics with vendors on schedule and quality.
• Prepare mechanical files, printing, and fabrication of designs.
• Support production and installation of Retail Creative initiatives.
