EDENS, based in Dallas, TX, seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations across a portfolio of retail centers. This hybrid role focuses on operations, accounting, lease administration and vendor coordination to keep properties welcoming and well‑maintained.

You will build retailer relationships, handle invoices and rent accounts, and learn core commercial real estate terms while contributing to EDENS' community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or comparable experience.
• Interest in commercial real estate and understanding of business management.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to learn property management software.
• Valid driver's license and up-to-date auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day operations across multiple retail centers, including inspections, budgeting, scheduling and contractor coordination.
• Build relationships with national and local retailers and respond to operational needs.
• Process invoices and tenant rent accounts, review income statements and ledgers.
• Maintain lease administration records and insurance certificates; learn core lease terms.
• Prepare work specs, RFQs, contracts, and manage contract files with sustainable practices.
