Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with customers.
• Ability to handle cash transactions, provide correct change, and operate registers.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Punctual, reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Process POS (point of sale) transactions.
• Assure proper service and care is given to every customer.
• Stock, assemble, and rotate merchandise from all inbound store freight.
• Complete daily assignments at the direction of the store management team.
• Maintain assigned area of the store in keeping with proper merchandising standards.
