As part of our front line in Juneau, you'll be the face of AIH for every customer who walks through the door — greeting them, helping them find what they need, and keeping the store looking sharp and well stocked. It's hands-on, people-first work, and you'll pick up real skills in retail, product knowledge, and problem-solving along the way. No prior hardware experience required — just bring the drive to learn and the instinct to help, and we'll teach you the rest.

Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Relevant experience in a fast-paced environment will be considered an asset.
Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service.
Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash transactions, give change, and accurately manage registers.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Dependability: Punctuality and reliability with a strong work ethic.
