Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and maintain friendly contact throughout the shopping experience.
• Assist at checkout, upsell when appropriate, and solve customer problems.
• Maintain orderly files and accurate cash drawer for transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and store showroom appearance to ensure it is inviting.
• Coordinate orders from the warehouse to ensure timely customer pickup or delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
