LKQ Corporation in Savannah, GA is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as customer service associates at our store. You will greet customers, help them through their shopping experience, and support checkout operations with friendly, efficient service.

Key duties include suggestive selling at checkout, maintaining accurate cash drawers, coordinating warehouse orders, and keeping showroom appearance with attention to stock levels.

Formación

• 1 year experience required.
• Must have strong customer service background.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Personally greet every customer as they walk through the door and maintain friendly contact throughout their shopping experience.
• At checkout, implement suggestive selling techniques, as appropriate, and assist with problem-solving.
• Maintain orderly files and clean records of all transactions, as well as an accurate cash drawer.
• Observe changes in inventory to ensure minimum stock levels and store showroom appearance is appropriate
• Coordinate orders from the warehouse to ensure customers’ orders are ready in a timely fashion.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
• Not responsible for supervising employees.
