Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounting leadership or people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting activities for Starkey's Retail business segment.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with timely reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance and policy adherence.
• Partner with retail operations and finance leadership to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Develop and mentor the accounting team and drive process improvements.
