Job summary

MPI, a well-established commercial general contractor, seeks a Retail Superintendent to oversee Walmart and Sam's Club remodels across NC, SC, and TN. You will lead daily site operations, safety, quality, and schedule performance, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to meet standards and deadlines.

Travel is required, with typical assignments lasting about three months, and night shifts may be required to align with project schedules. Walmart certification is highly preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent on Walmart, Sam's Club, or Publix projects.
• Background in retail remodels and/or ground-up construction.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region.
• Ability to work night shifts when project schedules require.
• Walmart certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities
