Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support infrastructure retail construction projects in the Phoenix area. The role involves engaging with architects, engineers and suppliers, managing milestones, and ensuring governance practices across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Excellent organizational and team collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and PM tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage stakeholders to deliver compliant projects.
• Track milestones to avoid schedule slips.
• Apply governance, processes, and systems.
• Ensure best-practice across projects.
• Produce formal status reports.
• Monitor multiple construction projects concurrently.
• Interface with suppliers via trackers and reviews.
• Communicate project information in meetings and writing.
• Forecast milestones and budget updates.
• Support owners, architects, GC and regional stakeholders.
