Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects. The ideal PM will be driven to provide our clients with excellent service. Must be able to travel every 3 weeks.

Responsibilities include managing stakeholders, tracking milestones, ensuring governance, and applying best practices across projects. You will produce status reports, monitor schedules, and support cost control with owners, architects, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational and management skills, able to work with broad teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that project governance, processes, and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Monitor multi-project progress to ensure standards are applied.
• Manage interface between all suppliers via monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Facilitate regular meetings and written communications to move information smoothly.
• Forecast and update key milestones and budget.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, contractors and regional stakeholders.
