Job summary

Rycon Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Retail) for our Building Group in Pittsburgh. The role involves reading contracts, writing and negotiating subcontracts, and coordinating schedules with subcontractors and vendors to meet tight timelines.

You will develop Primavera P6 schedules, attend meetings, and prepare minutes while tracking submittals, RFIs, and cost reports. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading retail construction projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion.
• Strong ability to coordinate subcontractors and vendors to meet schedules.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret documents and contracts.
• Write subcontracts and negotiate awards.
• Review subcontractor scope of work and develop schedules using Primavera P6.
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes; track submittals, RFIs, and cost reports.
• Maintain owner relations and ensure project objectives are met.
