Job summary

POP MART is expanding its U.S. retail footprint and seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple store projects from pre-construction to handover.

You will manage budgets, schedules, permitting, and contractor performance while collaborating with Real Estate, Design, Store Operations, and landlords. The role requires strong retail construction experience, the ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced growth environment, and an on-site work policy with five days

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–7 years of commercial construction project management experience, with retail preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, bidding, change orders, RFIs, permitting, and closeout.
• Experience working with architects, engineers, GC contractors, landlords, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with experience managing project budgets.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 35–40% throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple retail construction projects from pre-construction through turnover and store openings.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, schedules, and milestones while upholding quality and safety.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Design, Store Operations, architects, engineers, landlords, and vendors.
• Review GC bids and manage contractor performance against scope, budget, and schedule.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other construction docs.
• Work with Architect of Record to ensure design elements are included pre-bid and during construction.
• Identify risks, delays, cost impacts, and changes; develop mitigations.
• Lead progress meetings and maintain schedules, action items, and decisions.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Oversee punch lists, closeouts, and handover to Store Operations.
