Job summary

Optimum is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultants in Syosset, NY to join one of the company’s largest sales channels. As a brand ambassador, you will drive customer connections, exceed sales targets, and deliver an unparalleled service experience.

You will leverage product knowledge to advise customers, resolve billing questions, and assist with payments and exchanges while supporting teammates to ensure a superior in-store experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of retail selling experience.
• May be required to travel to other stores within 35 miles; interview will discuss.
• Standing for prolonged periods; lifting up to 50 pounds; full-time and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and create a welcoming environment; guide them to products and services.
• Act as product expert, stay updated on offerings and industry trends; educate customers on options.
