Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Provide services such as gift wrapping, gift card sales, online ordering, inventory look-up, and package pickups; upsell when appropriate.
• Promote the Belk rewards program and the Belk App to build loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented service area with accurate signage.
• Support store operations including fulfillment, pricing, promotions, and product placement.
• Follow asset protection procedures and safety guidelines to minimize risk.
