Elior-Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced Retail & Concessions Manager for Lake Superior State University in Sault Sainte Marie, MI. You will oversee culinary, safety, sanitation, and operations for the account, focusing on delivering quality food and friendly service.

The role covers recruiting, training, and retaining a large staff while ensuring professional, efficient, and profitable operations with strong leadership and communication across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least two years in a supervisory role.
• At least two years of foodservice experience.
• Experience with industrial cooking process preferred.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

The Role at a glance

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Retail & Concessions Manager to our Collegiate Dining team in Sault Sainte Marie, MI. As a Retail Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.

What we're looking for

Must-haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
