Eurest is hiring a Retail & Coffee Shop Manager in St. Louis, MO to lead the café operation, drive sales, and ensure safe, high-quality service. You will supervise staff, manage cash controls, payroll, and training while aligning with client expectations and company standards.

The role requires strong financial acumen, café operations experience, and flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends. Growth opportunities exist within the Eurest network.

Competenze

• Culinary degree preferred, or A.A. degree plus related experience.
• Three or more years supervisory experience in food service operations.
• Knowledge of retail, food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.
