Job summary

The Little Clinic is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality care in our retail clinic network. You’ll build relationships with patients, collaborate with store staff and regional leadership, and uphold our commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, ordering tests, maintaining clinic operations, and participating in community health initiatives while meeting HIPAA guidelines and quality

Qualifications

• Must hold an Active nursing license as an FNP or PA credential and state credentials.
• Excellent telephone, interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
• Experience with clinical procedures and EHR charting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics.
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance and staff meetings.
• Ensure safety and a quality-based healthcare environment.
• Maintain clinic hours and inventory control.
• Perform quality control on instrumentation and testing as scheduled.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and use company information systems.
