Job summary

Responsibilities include applying MAPS principles, handling transactions accurately, assisting with stock, merchandising, and clienteling to build loyal customers, with flexibility for a fast-paced environment and weekends/nights.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• For AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA: must be 16 years of age or older.
• For all other states, must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management.
• Regular attendance is essential; ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes MAPS and delivers cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Resolves customer concerns promptly.
• Ensures fast and accurate register experience and policy knowledge.
• Reinforces buying decisions at checkout and supports gift card sales.
• Signs up clients for reward programs and builds client following.
• Maintains current product fit and style assortment in store and online.
• Supports replenishment and visual directives; assists with floor sets and merchandising.
