Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers; responds to inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Performs cash handling, price changes, merchandise handling, and opening/closing duties; reviews payroll docs for accuracy.
• Monitors sales activities and productivity; provides coaching to associates to reach targets.
• Maintains awareness of customers to increase service levels and reduce security risks.
• Maintains knowledge of promotions; presents merchandise per current standards.
• Assists in inventory receipt and dispatch per company policy.
• Supervises associates on sales, inventory, and customer services; prepares weekly schedules.
• Delivers product knowledge to customers and suggests merchandise based on needs.
• Supports loss prevention, merchandising presentation, and policy adherence.
