CROSSMARK is seeking a Retail Merchandising Representative in Lafayette, Indiana, to promote nationally distributed products at convenience stores. You will develop relationships with store staff and management while ensuring displays, pricing, and planograms align with company standards.

The role offers a flexible daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends, weekly pay, and benefits via the employer. Travel to multiple stores in the territory is required, and prior retail or customer service

What You'll Do:

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Build displays and stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Must be willing to transport required materials.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
