Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a Retail Client Merchandising Representative in Dallas, TX to promote nationally distributed products at convenience stores. You will build displays, stock shelves, and establish professional relationships with store personnel.

This full-time role offers competitive weekly pay, paid training, mileage reimbursement, benefits including insurance and a 401(k), and a daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Willing to transport required materials.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Build displays and stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
