Job summary

TravisMathew Apparel is seeking a Client Associate to maintain the in-store sales and service experience and promote a strong sales culture to meet KPIs. You will connect with clients, build a loyal following, and stay knowledgeable about seasonal apparel for effective upselling.

You’ll participate in events and CRM activities, ensure a clean, organized floor, and contribute to a collaborative team environment while working non-traditional hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in a client services related capacity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization on the floor and stock areas.

Responsibilities

• Instill an approachable and efficient sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop repeat business to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of apparel each season, including fit, fabric and intended use of the line.
• Participate in-store events, marketing initiatives and CRM activity to reward repeat business.
• Foster a friendly, open and inviting environment for all in-store guests.
