Job summary

Callaway Resort & Gardens (CRG) seeks a retail associate to provide outstanding guest service in our on-site store. You will greet visitors, offer product help, and process sales while keeping the store tidy and well-stocked.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and cash handling experience, flexibility for weekends/holidays, and the stamina to stand long hours and lift up to 25 pounds. On-site training will support your success in a welcoming resort setting.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for people.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
