Job summary

Callaway Gardens Resort, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to join the guest-focused team during Pumpkins at Callaway and Fantasy in Lights. You will greet guests, assist with product information, process sales, and keep the store tidy while supporting inventory tasks.

The role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a typical shift 4:00pm–10:00pm, and candidates must be at least 16 with strong communication and POS experience. On-site at Pine Mountain, GA.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• POS experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Ability to remain flexible and adapt to the changing needs of events.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
• Greet customers as they enter the retail locations and offer assistance as needed
• Answer questions about products and services and provide accurate information
• Process sales transactions and operate cash registers

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
• Comfortable working for extended periods regardless of weather conditions
• Ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, and in different weather conditions.

*This is a part time position that will operate during Pumpkins at Callaway and Fantasy in Lights. Typical schedule will be from 4:00pm-10:00pm.*
