As a Retail Clerk, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing information about our products and services to our guests. You will be stationed in one of our retail locations including the Discovery Center, Day Butterfly Center, Country Store (located in the Country Kitchen Restaurant), Fantasy in Lights Tent (Winter during Fantasy in Lights program), Sand Bucket (located at Robin Lake Beach - Summer only), and Pumpkins.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for people
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
